Does R&D have any restrictions?
A: We are a non-smoking facility. We have patio
areas available where smoking is allowed. We
also do not allow carry ons of food or alcohol.

Q: How early can I set up?
A: Depending on what’s booked
the day before your
event, you may come in as early as noon the day
before. If it’s already booked, you may come in
at 8:00 am the day of your event. Arrangements
can be made through the banquet manager.

Q: Do you allow outside catering?
A: We do not. R&D Catering Banquet
Facility
handles all the food and beverages and allows no
other carry ons other than a wedding cake.

Q: If I need to change the date of my wedding for
any reason, what is the price to do so?
A: We will allow you to change dates if necessary,
however your deposit is non-refundable.

Q:
Will I have to pay extra for services such as
bartenders, clean up, security, etc.?
A: No. These fees are included in your room rental.
